Use the email address your invitation was sent to.

Google lets you sign in with the email you already have. You won’t get a new Gmail address, and nothing about your email changes. It takes about two minutes.

  1. Open Google’s sign-up page in a new tab.
  2. Enter your name and birthday. When Google offers a Gmail address, choose Use your existing email instead.
  3. Type the email your invitation went to, then enter the code Google sends to that inbox.
  4. Pick a password and finish. Then come back here and choose Sign in with Google.
